Urban enviroment

The development is embedded within a residential area, surrounded by a mix of housing types: estate-like residential buildings from the 1950s, panel blocks from the 1970s, and more recent housing developments built in the past 10–15 years. The area is characterized by larger-scale properties, to which the scale of the building also responds.

In response to the adjacent ten-storey buildings, one corner of the volume is accentuated, while along the rear frontage the building adopts a more dynamic composition, relating to the five- to six-storey structures. The preservation of the mature trees on the site was also a key consideration—their location defined the placement of three street-connected courtyards and one internal garden.

Massing

The development is embedded within a residential area, surrounded by a mix of housing typologies: estate-style residential buildings from the 1950s, prefabricated panel blocks from the 1970s, and housing developments built 10–15 years ago. The area is characterized by larger-scale properties, to which the scale of the building is also adapted.

In response to the adjacent ten-storey buildings, one corner of the volume is prominently emphasized, while the rear frontage develops a more dynamic composition that relates to the surrounding five- to six-storey buildings. The protection of the existing mature trees on the site was also a key consideration—their locations defined the placement of three street-connected access points and one internal courtyard.

Modern living space

The building comprises 270 apartments, each with a terrace, balcony, or direct garden connection. The range of unit types spans from single-room studios to larger four-room apartments. Residents are provided with amenities such as an underground garage, landscaped garden, playground, and retail units facing Fehérvári Street.
