The floor plan and façade design of the Mosonyi Street residential-apartment building were finalized after several iterations. The apartment building houses 45 units, ranging from 45 to 80 m², over 6+1 floors, with a framed inner-courtyard layout similar to the neighboring Baross Square hotel. The inner courtyards and flat roofs above the ground floor are planned as green roofs, ensuring the provision of an adequate amount of greenery.

Interior layout

On three basement levels, car parking spaces were created, and in collaboration with the Baross Square hotel, a shared garage exit was integrated into the Mosonyi Street building. On level -1, the ramp and stormwater retention tank are located, along with storage units for the apartments. The ground floor houses the delivery yard and service entrance of the neighboring Baross Square hotel. Most of the apartment storage units are also located here, along with a rentable retail space with direct street access and a ground-floor façade portal. Floors 1–6 feature residential levels with a single-stair, central-corridor layout, accommodating 7 apartments per floor, mostly with identical floor plans stacked above one another. On the 7th floor, three larger apartments were designed. For the two north-facing units, an exterior staircase provides access to the rooftop terraces.

Façade design

The southern street-facing façade features metal panel cladding with expanded metal inserts and continuous balconies running along the elevation. The upper two floors are set back, with the façade finished in dark gray plaster. The northern courtyard façade has a simpler appearance with plastered architecture and numerous balconies. A green roof was designed above the ground floor, part of which serves as private gardens for the first-floor apartments.
