BudaPart E is a restrained, contemporary building that fits into the character of the district through its proportions and material use, while subtly shaping it.

New quarter, new conception

The BudaPart E building is located next to the Kopaszi Dam, in the central area of BudaPart. It was designed with the goal of creating a high-quality yet rationally organized residential building that meets both development and residents’ needs.

Spatial organization

The E building consists of two L-shaped volumes that enclose an inner green roof garden. This garden establishes a connection not only visually but also functionally toward the park located to the south, reinforcing communal use of space.

At ground-floor level, a շարք of retail units lines the pedestrian promenade. The residential floors are organized with a closed central corridor system, and all 182 apartments feature their own balcony or loggia. The size of the apartments ranges from 30 to 100 square meters.

Design

The defining element of the building’s façade is the alternating use of white plaster and green tile cladding, which gives the mass a playful yet elegant appearance. At ground-floor level, dark grey fibre cement cladding emphasizes the communal functions.

In the design of the residential units, special emphasis was placed on energy-efficient solutions and smart home systems, such as ceiling heating and cooling, automated shading, and digitally controlled systems.
